Transforming a 580 sq ft bare shell space into a cozy yet professional CA office

The Space:  We aim for a space that radiates warmth while maintaining a clean and organized aesthetic, reflecting both professionalism and approach ability.

The Ask:  Being a CA firm, they wanted us to design a space that conveys a sense of reliability and professionalism, making clients feel confident in the firm’s capabilities. They wanted Optimum use of space to accommodate desks, storage, and private offices, ensuring all team members have enough workspace while keeping areas like the reception, waiting area, and private offices distinct.

The Result:

We designed the space with two large cabins, each featuring a similar layout but distinct color palettes that reflect the professional tone of the firm. One cabin embodies power and authority with sophisticated black accents, while the other conveys warmth and reliability through a beige and brown color scheme.

A branded wall, visible from outside the office, prominently displays the firm’s identity with thoughtfully chosen lighting and planters to enhance its impact.

The workstations and storage areas are spacious, creating a comfortable and valued environment for the team. Additionally, the pantry area and washroom is discreetly tucked away, ensuring a clean and professional look throughout the office.
