The Ask: Transforming a vacant open land into a luxurious banquet hall designed to host a diverse range of events—including weddings, corporate meetings, seminars, exhibitions, and private parties. The venue will feature grand ballrooms, a picturesque courtyard, an exquisite fine dining area, and ample parking space, ensuring a seamless and sophisticated experience for guests.
The Result:
Our convention center offers a variety of spacious venues designed to cater to different event sizes and needs:
Courtyard: Spanning 22,550 sqft, it accommodates up to 205 guests for seated events and 110 for standing events.
Ballroom 1: Covering 13,600 sqft, it comfortably hosts 170 seated guests or 80 standing guests.
Ballroom 2: With a size of 11,700 sqft, it is ideal for events with 305 seated guests or 100 standing guests.
Ballroom 3: Measuring 3,850 sqft, it can host up to 110 seated guests or 35 standing guests.
